Logistics
Keyston operates from its logistics hub in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. We are ideally positioned to meet the needs of our resellers throughout the ME region.
Our experienced logistics team is ready to help with special requirements and provide reliable logistics support, rapid response, and delivery.
Collections
Customers should note that no goods will be given to a third party of a customer nominated forwarder, unless it is stated on the Customer Purchase Order (CPO).
To comply with Customs Regulations, customers or their nominated forwarders must provide the original customs bill prior to collection (Jebel Ali Collections only).
Without this document, Keyston will NOT release any shipment. Customers should clearly state the Terms of Purchase (INCO Terms) on the CPO to
avoid any delays in processing orders.
